2-2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or gather the following information through the App. The App is designed to complete video merging and organization entirely on your device (on-device processing); your media data (videos/photos) is never sent to any server. Note: if you use the referral feature, an anonymous identifier is sent to our server to grant rewards, but no media data is sent.

 

  • The video or photo data you handle in the App itself
  • Location data (GPS information) attached to videos/photos
  • Contacts, calendar, reminders
  • Apple ID, email address
  • Name, phone number, address
  • Data from other apps on your device
  • Sign-in information (the App does not require account registration or sign-in)

3. Purpose of Use

We use the information collected in 2-1 for the following purposes:

 

  • Providing the Pro version (one-time purchase) features and determining purchase status
  • Providing the referral feature and granting rewards
  • Confirming the App's operating environment, investigating issues, and improving quality
  • Improving App features and considering new features
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Responding to violations of laws or our terms

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties.

5. Outsourcing

To provide the App's purchase functionality, we outsource the processing of purchase-related information to the following provider. We enter into appropriate agreements with our provider and supervise its handling of personal information.

The information sent to RevenueCat, Inc. is limited to the anonymous identifier assigned by RevenueCat and purchase transaction information via Apple. Your Apple ID, email address, name, and any video data handled in the App are not sent.

6. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

As noted above, we outsource the processing of purchase-related information to RevenueCat, Inc., located in the United States, in order to provide the App's purchase functionality.
